Wednesday 25th October was the evening for our competition where the theme of the evening was Fetes, Festivals and Country Shows.
Our judge for the evening was Nottinghamshire based photographer Sue Hartley. Sue studied City & Guilds photography at Doncaster College, and gained distinctions in portrait, landscape, monochrome, architecture, close-up and still life modules. She is an active portrait and wedding photographer as well as old photograph restorer.
Congratulations go to Wendy Beasley with her image ‘RHS Chatsworth’ which came first in the PDI section and also to Jackie Sellers whose image ‘Carnival Time’ came first in the print section.
